Former Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia, Raja Tan Sri Dato' Seri Arshad, who is currently the Maxis chairman, will be subpoenaed as a witness in relation to the sale of PwC Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd to IBM worldwide, and also in relation to a sworn affidavit that he affirmed which contradicts the witness statements of Chin Kwai Fatt, V U Kumar and Jayaram Krishnamoorthy.
Dato' Seri Johan Raslan, V U Kumar and Chin Kwai Fatt will also be on the witness stand.
